Aren't Comey's memos unclassified? Not illegal to leak those as far as I know.

Depending on circumstances you could get in trouble with your employer for that but he's currently out of a job for some reason.

Didn't he leak the memos after he got fired? Plus Trump has never given a consistent reason why he was fired.
