A federal judge can now apparently block an executive order telling state officials to....follow federal immigrations laws. America 2017.

He really a winning a whole lot huh guys
-
Yep.. You think this wont be upheld in the Supreme? This and immigration will be 100% law of the land, far from the reach of lib judges.
-
I don't know. I just know he said we'd get tired of all the winning and look at the wall getting built and the ACA getting repealed.
-
Yeah, your right.. This is the final 100 days of his presidency.. Oh wait.. Lets talk in 4 years time. rofl..

That is definitely an order Trump can ignore under separation of powers, the judge doesn't have the checkbook and doesn't sign the checks.
-
Ignoring orders of a federal judge is a high crime.
-
1) Only if congress deems it so. 2) A judge is not a king.
-
A president is not a king either, as Trump is discovering. Can anybody in his WH write a constitutional EO?
-
They indeed can write constitutional EOs, even better than the jackass who just left office.
