    Isn't it obvious that a DA who blows .239, is convicted of DWI & goes to jail, should resign as DA? Does anyone disagree? If so, why?

        @ByronYork That's not the issue. The issue is whether there is ample evidence to prove Perry violated the Texas Penal Code. Period.
