        @ByronYork I'm a SAHM w/4 kids. Our inc is only 40K but I have "access" to hubs emp ins (@ $750/mo). Therefore, not eligible 4 subsidy.

        @ByronYork The big ah ha? Those at top of the subsidy ladder are obligated to spend no more than 9.5 percent of their income on premiums.
