Media bias needs sunlight, but those "blaming" press 4 Mitt/Libya coverage willfully ignore the many GOPers w/standing who blasted Mitt
-

@ByronYork B) true, but at moments of controversy, unbiased reporters can't just ignore those comments -- they still want Mitt to win! -
@markhalperin I have no problem with reporting GOP Mitt criticism on this or anything else. Just seemed like a stampede in this case. -
@ByronYork Really, if U do content analysis of bcast networks+major papers, that part of story was not dominant. "stampede" imagined -
@markhalperin Not saying it was 50+%. Just seemed disproportionate. But people have different perspectives. -
@ByronYork Just 1 more from me: If PBO made a foreign policy stment that was blasted by SR Ds like that, u bet it would B a major story too -
@markhalperin Last from me, too: It's impossible for me to imagine PBO doing something that would spark such relentlessly hostile coverage.

@ByronYork and, to be clear, by "they" I meant those credible GOPers w/standing who were VERY critical of Mitt, not the unbiased reporters -
@MarkHalperin@ByronYork But I heard soooo many more GOP that stood with Mitt! Why don’t you report that?
