Bloomberg early run showing that, to a point at least, massive spending works. Fifth in RCP average of national polls. Would easily qualify for debates if that were only requirement. http://ow.ly/YaV150xI6WC pic.twitter.com/K82Tw6LX1M

This conclusion assumes that everyone started at the same place. Bloomberg had much higher name recognition than a lot of the others. He already had a national profile.

It’s also a reflection of his weakness as this is the most pathetic bunch of candidates for a party in our history and he’s only 5th.

Assuming Bloomberg spending rate stays constant at 40 million a week hes gonna spend half a billion dollars by super Tuesday. Billion with a B.

Holy shit under Buckley v Valeo, if Bloomberg buys himself the vice presidential nod, he can spend unlimited amounts in the general too. It's what David koch did In 1980 with the Libertarians.

Why are the democrats not blasting Bloomberg for being a rich man trying to buy the Peesidency like they did to Trump?
