In an ideal situation every baby would be in their own bed or baby warmer. But in the event that there is not enough for all "then some for all and not all for some". At least give it to the health workers who live this life every workday of their life.

Why would anyone support anyone who thinks Lubowa Hospital for the thieving elite - which may never be built after all the money is stolen - is a priority and not primary healthcare or referral hospitals. Truly, it's easier to rule the weak, poor and ignorant.
