UPDATE: Repairs have been completed by WSDOT crews, and the northbound lanes on the 142nd Place SE overpass as well as the eastbound and westbound lanes of SE Eastgate Way have been reopened!

If you're passing someone walking, biking or rolling on the road, in the shoulder or in a bike lane, provide at least 3 feet of clearance.
On a road w 2 lanes in each direction, you must change lanes to pass.
