If their going to smoke anything It’s a lot better then cigarettes. I’ve quit cigarettes because of e-cigs and no longer have a smokers cough. Lungs clear!

They're aiming at only one target with this. The bigger problem is black market sales in schools by of age kids to underage ones. That's where enforcement is sorely lacking. Also, every time the JUUL gets sensationalized like this on social media they get even more popular. Duh!
