    What a great story from one of customers. That’s Above & beyond. It puts personality, people & care at the heart of ’s relationship with its customers. The last time I came across anything similar was Williams & Glyns.

    Oh no...I can't bear it. the warmth and dignity with which they say goodbye to us and we in turn wave pathetic little flags. I am so deeply deeply sad and feel closer to the EU now than I ever have.

    A good example of Vacant Brain Syndrome. It is said that sufferers can’t tell truth from fiction or fake from real. It’s desperate stuff. This sufferer illustrates the condition perfectly.

    . & This isn’t good. Why are Weekly Balance Alerts stopping? Is it so customers may overlook a low balance or miss unauthorised payments? Removing helpful customer advisories is far from a great idea. It’s terrible

    . Trying to reach out to proves to be an ordeal in frustration. It is definitely not what we expected as reviewers trying to bring an issue to the Company’s attention. Perhaps the social desk has been outsourced. Nonetheless you must do better

    Why does maintain a constant link to users photos? Is there any basis for this in the first place and if there is, on what basis is that link maintained without regularly advising users of it and offering the option to turn it off?

    . Software downloads should be signed with a publisher name. How are users to judge whether this download is or ? Is it genuine or not? It shouldn’t be necessary to say this to - a company, surely?

    Although the problem for this user, an elderly person, was eventually solved, it wasn’t by the help of . Our experience on this was hugely disappointing. There ought to be easy access to white papers or help sheets that inform customers how to resolve such problems.

    Why does fail residents so often on their recycling service. On one hand contemplating fines for over-filling waste or not ensuring bin lids are closed, it seems we are moving to a self-serving revenue raising scenario. What about service for council tax payers?

    That would be great. If your supplier could run two off for both our machines they will look splendid again. D900F has been a super friend. We took our base machines (920 & 950) right up to Intel X5690 3.46Ghz with a BIOS flash and 24GB ram. This was a very affordable upgrade
