@TeamYouTube Hello, I am having trouble accessing my companies YouTube account, (Buy a Digger) as the original owner has left the company.
Can someone please help with either closing this account so I can start a new one, or help me regain access so I can continue using it

Unfortunately, the youtube account owners google email account has been closed down by the company, so we are not able to access it. I am pretty sure this is something that the YouTube technical team will have to do for us (after verifying we are the actual company owners)

Hi Thanks, you seem to have supplied the same Account Recovery link twice, I still don't have access to the email account, so I am not sure what to do with this? Can someone call me to discuss the issue?

Hi thanks, unfortunately, it did not help me resolve my issue. The email account associated with the youtube ACCOUNT OWNER no longer exists, it is gone forever. What is the process for deleting an account if the OWNER no longer exists? I presume it won't just sit idle forever?
