  That’s a tremendous accomplishment and I’m proud to be an Idahoan. On the transverse that surplus could perhaps be $50m+ more if you wouldn’t veto CBD/cannabis laws the people and our legislature approved.

  My opinion: It’s easy to balance a budget with a state government that has cut services to the vulnerable. We have some of the lowest wages, poorest schools and many other serious substance abuse problems in the country. Let’s pretend every thing is just OK *golf clap*
