    . says CEO Luke Kissam will retire in June for health reasons. He was diagnosed with a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma last year. Early treatment was successful, but more monitoring/treatments are needed. He became CEO in 2011 and moved HQ to Charlotte from Louisiana
