He did not lose 3 ranks for winning. HDT shows the rank that you started the game at, not the rank where you ended up. So he started the first game at 41, lost, fell to 44, then won the next game and went 44>42
The pictures are not related in the first place. 1st pic should display that you can lose ranks when winning and 2nd that I q'd into the same guy 3 times within 30 min span
