Today the self-proclaimed Isaac Newton of Hearthstone came into my stream and told me he "invented gravity" by putting quests into every deck and just mulliganing it everytime. He said that way it's like you have a 29 card deck instead of 30 so you always have a better mulligan.

What he's saying would, in theory, be almost true if you were forced to throw away all of the cards that started in your opening hand. Obviously, even if this were true, drawing the quest after this would be such a terrible draw it likely wouldn't be worth it.

That's a fair compromise. Even if it gave you slightly better odds to mulligan for the right cards it would never be worth to put a useless card into your deck
