Actually feel like specialist suits the high-sample ladder system of @Battleriff well. The live playoffs are where problems may arise.

Tbh I didnt like bo3 lhs at all. Way too much ban-pick rng and queue rng. Even Specialist is better.
Assuming decklists are open the ban is completely in your ctrl. And since your opponent has only 2 decks to pick, you often get a good read on which deck they will start. Matchup-gambling in specialist is entirely random however

Maybe it would be different (better) with open deck lists, that I do not know.
