Here's a great and rather simple way to Balance the current meta (thread): Certain neutral cards need to be banned from single classes. This way we don't have to either nerf or rotate a card that is only problematic in one class but fine in others...

For example: In the current meta i would suggest banning Leeroy from Rogue and Elysiana and Baleful Banker from Warrior. Leeroy has been op in Rogue decks since Beta and miracle rogue was the reason why Leeroy was nerfed in the first place...

Today you still have to be scared of dying to Rogue without any minions on board when you're at 14-18 health only because of Leeroy shenanigans. Other cards like Dread Corsair or Southsea Deckhand might also be removed from rogue but Leeroy definitely is the most problematic card

Archivist Elysiana and Baleful Banker allow Control Warrior decks to pretty much never fatigue. Control Warrior right now has way to many removal and late game value tools. Historically you could always counter Ctrl Warrior by outgrinding them and putting them to fatigue...
