It would go under is "misleading and racy thumbnails" in which the article clearly states that "Selecting a sexually provocative thumbnail may result in the removal of your thumbnail and the age restriction of your video" in which none of that happened.
@TeamYouTube it had appeared that I have gained a community guideline strike for spam, deceptive practices and scams policies. I have appealed this strike but I believe the video in question has been falsely striked as I have read the guidelines and the only thing it would go

Instead of what the guidelines state I was given a strike and my video was taken down. Their is no way it was spam as it was a live stream in which was completely new content and footage compared to other streams. And scamming policy? Asumeing the fact that I'm not even eligible-

To be monitorized or have actual gains of from my channel. I am honestly baffled with this strike as it doesn't add up and seems unfairly rewarded.
