    Friends from across the U.S. Let me tell how horrific this appt is. Mayhew systematically obliterated our state’s health & human services agency. I’ve had more calls from folks, mostly elderly and single mums, w/ issues resulting from her policies than anything else.

    As a neuroscientist studying early life adversity, I cannot - and will not - be silent on this issue. Childhood separation increases vulnerability to mental + physical illness, and changes the course of a life. It is immoral. Inhumane. Unconscionable.
