I remember lining up with my teammates, seeing that flag and getting teary-eyed...
We felt the power in what it and our anthem represent. I know most Americans still feel that, they're just not the ones being shown on TV.

Apparently my first game, I had tears running down my face and the tv caught it. I had no idea til I had 50 or so texts about it afterwards. But I can absolutely co-sign for the breathtaking feeling. Two of the things I love most in this world… 🏈 and 🇺🇸
