YouTube closed by channel because I killed a female NPC in #RDR2
They said It promoted violence.

Nobody likes annoying feminists, but targeting them with violence and labeling your video as such is still pretty messed up. Kathy Griffin lost her job over a distasteful joke involing the president and that was satire too, but she still faced the consequences for her actions.

Feminists are real people, And the title makes it seem he wasn't targeting a specific fictional person, but a whole group of real people. Despite it being a video game, just like Kathy using a dummy head instead of a real one.

That's subjective. To some people, especially those not used to violence in video games, the more realistic representation of violence in RDR2 is most certainly more shocking than the very fake looking dummy head that only remotely resembles the president.

That being said, I believe both are wrong and appalling. Kathy got what she deserved and now this guy has to face the music of his actions. As I said before, I don't believe how channel should be removed, but he should learn from this and 'grow up'. Actions have consequences.

That's my point essentially. Like of course there's going to be violence in the game and such, but the fact that he in a sense, dedicated that violence towards a real life group is what's wrong. I wouldn't have an issue if he just like said the joke during the gameplay, but he..

..went so far as to make it the title of the video. I'd be making the same argument even if you we're to replace "annoying feminists" with "conservative", or "Trump supporters" etc.
