I’m telling you: this is a physical systems issue and redirecting our efforts to earth repair will be a huge impact. It’s also a culture and privilege issue because privallege has locked this culture into the wrong decisions.

Experts are right about systems being runaway right now. that’s because they are telling us what happens if we don’t act or only act through ineffective agreements and policies. There are pathways that we can effect that steer the normal carbon storing processes of the biosphere

I will never understand the desire to waste energy yelling about how things are too late without actually lending a hand. It really just sounds like an excuse to dissociate and not devote ourselves to this multigenerational task

In this context, I think "too late" is a cousin of "too big", & that's maybe even what some people mean. The titanic catastrophic possibilities are just too much for most people to absorb & process. If people's feelings of despair are rooted more in "too big", then perhaps the...

best way to get more people on the right track is to break things down into more easily absorbed & processed bits of information & suggestions of easily executed actions for people right where they're at, no matter where they're at.
