From what @fbausch told us, there will be new bidirectional bike paths on both sides. Just not yet. Don't know timeline. But old bidirectional path shd still b there.
They will probably use the bus couloir now without use as a bike path. Seems the most logical option.
It's apparently already blocked off to motorists and cyclable. Well, underneath the snow of course.
