This poll may need a rerun: People who are trying out Windows 10 RS5 / October 2018 update / version 1809, do you experience slowdowns or other performance issues (especially with longer uptime)? Should affect build 17704 onwards. Retweets are appreciated 
For the last several builds I've had disk I/O blocking the system doing basically nothing but at 100% usage, slow general performance, and FPS drops across the system, even with just updating the Windows UI, e.g., moving windows, menu fly out, animations, etc, (games as well).
