I gave you examples, but those are just my opinion on what kind of punishment should be given. Again, the whole problem is that YouTube is giving NO punishments, at all, ever. Even if you take the person to court and you win, YouTube still doesn't punish them, and they can go

straight back to youtube to do it. There's even been companies whose entire business is false copyright claims. I do believe they are still around.
