See here's the thing - this video has sponsored content, meaning there should not be ads running on the thing at all. Because @UMG has claimed the video and refused to release the claim, I am in violation with my contract with @Audible_com
What do you mean by "YouTube does not punish the misuse of DMCA/Copyright but they do punish the people that are being wrongfully targeted." How do you propose to punish them? How is Youtube punishing the people wrongfully targeted?

That one should be quite self-explanatory. But okay, I'll try and break it down for you. Person A submits a video that follows the law. Person B files a copyright claim or dmca claim spuriously YouTube grants the copyright/dmca claim to Person B Person A denies it, it goes back

to Person B If this happens to you, you can become limited on YouTube, for instance, you can't live stream, you can't monetize so on and so forth. Meanwhile, nothing ever happens to Person B. Even if Person A shows that Person B is in the wrong, YouTube does not punish Person B
