My heart is bursting. On the eve of my first child's birth, my dad - who's been in prison nearly my entire life - was granted clemency. He never intended harm, yet his crime devastated many families. My heart breaks for the families that can never get their loved ones back.

35 years is too long for murder. Especially for a getaway driver. 15-20 years is life. After that amount of time inside, your former life is over, the person you used to be is dead, and returning to life in society will be the most difficult portion of your punishment.

35 years is too long for murder? Are you serious? 15-20 years is not life (go in at age 20 can get out by 35-40 and still have a full life ahead). Meanwhile the person they murdered will never come home. As far as being a driver, are the guilty only those that pull the trigger?
