Have you ever looked at the Kansas voter registration form? Here is a link: https://eforms.com/voter-registration/kansas/ … Note that there are two places you must confirm you are a citizen, on penalty of committing a felony. So no, non-citizens still can't vote.

Another blow to law abiding citizens. Not surprising, but still sad to see.

There’s law abiding citizens that are being affected by this law. Having to purchase any of the requested documents requires money if you don’t have. This creates an unconstitutional “poll tax”. So law abiding citizens are being suppressed. Just FYI

What is the rule now upon registration in Kansas?

Every time I vote I am asked to show my drivers license. I think you’re allowed to show a government Issued ID as well
