    68 senators voted in 2013 for $46 billion in border security. 54 senators voted in 2018 to give Donald Trump $25 billion for a wall. Both bipartisan deals were killed by conservative lawmakers who didn’t like legal status provisions for undocumented people in them.

    Musk's lawyers argue that Twitter is basically a garbage fire of misinformation and nobody expects the things they read here to be literally true. They cite two cases over tweets by President Trump, which came to the same conclusion.
