there’s a clause in the middle of the amendment that people ignore or they misinterpret : "subject to the jurisdiction thereof"

Virtually everyone in the US is subject to its jurisdiction. I can only think of one group of people who are not: foreign diplomats. That phrase means, for example, that if the Ambassador to the US from Brazil gives birth to a child in New York, that child is not a US citizen.

Democrats, like you, are claiming this means that if you are born on US soil, you are subject to the jurisdiction of the USA. Wrong! Illegals are subject to jurisdiction of their foreign country!

Really? So if a foreigner comes to the US and commits a crime on our soil, we cannot prosecute that person? Are you sure you are a Trump supporter? You sure as heck aren't a legal scholar.

The Child is a product of 2 people that are the property of another country. Everything those 2 bodies produce within their own actions are owned by the country they are citizens of. The Child belongs to the parents & therefore is the property of that country. Logic 101.

People are not property. We had a war over that and won.

You really should look into what citizenships and birth registration means. People just can't be PRIVATLY owned by anyone other than themselves. The government owns us and allows us rights, you don't have to like it but that's reality.

The government doesn't "allow" me rights. Maybe you should look into what "inalienable" means.

Live in another Country & find out out what rights you have. They’re usually no match for the US. Even next door in Canada, free speech rights have been curtailed when giving opinions on certain subjects.

Sad to see Americans get too comfortable with their rights and forgetting their value. Rights have no divine protection yet so many seem to believe they do. They forget rights need to be fought for and defended regularly or they are lost. Inalienable my arse

80% of the World’s population lives under oppression. Dems think Freedom is gained by singing Kumbaya around a campfire. True Freedom has to be fought for & unfortunately died for. Man has always wanted to dominate another Man Physically, Spiritually or Economically.
