Absolutely true on both statistics. What a screwed up world we live in, where even in UK, France, Australia or Canada, you can take a blade to boys & not girls for any "reason" you choose. It's evil & offensive.

France? I thought it was well known that French are (stereotypically) fantastic lovers, the reason being their whole genitals. The rates are also very low in Aus and UK, with Canada and US needing a lot of work

Sorry. Meant for religious reasons in UK, France & other non-circumcising areas (China, South America, Russia). That is the only reason they do it there... & only for boys. Canada does it for same USA bs "reasons" (look like peers/healthier/looks better).

Canada has been Americanized alright but they're on a much better track than US at least. Their rates have been lower and for a longer amount of time. But yes too many places will still happily butcher for no real reason
