As a parent of 3 it takes a lot more time and effort to clean ears than an intact penis.

Well teeth, appendix, tonsils and the frenulum under the tounge have all been targeted but I suppose the most obvious equivalent part is the clitoris, which again has also been targeted. Looking at the future what about the navel?
