Wish I could say that true. I know I see teenage 18yo on camera intact saying they are on west coast of US. This says more or less its true Pacific area has been stopping MGM of newborns

I'm not confident it's that high in Europe, even assuming you weren't factoring in European men of non-European heritage. I have a very rough sense it may be more like 90%.

Something like 6% of European men are muslim - not including Turks. Almost 4% are muslim in the EU and the proportion is increasing rapidly meaning that there are more and more circumcisions. I think 90% though is on the low side.

One very disturbing factor here is that it is spreading into the more socially disadvantaged groups which live in close contact to muslim communities.
