That was over 100 years ago. Each doctor can prevent much more cutting than any parent. We need to encourage more to conscientiously object, shame those who continue AND persuade parents to refuse to give "consent".

I think issue here, if they told truth, that would open the flood gates to millions of torts and class action law suites.
