I dont think so. In Europe its not done to baby boys. I had a difficult/emergency c section...and would never ever think to put my baby thrue this genital cutting. Brain washing the American population to mutilate there baby boys .its disgusting and I wish I can save every boy.

That's the context I'm looking at, an undiagnosed form of postpartum unique to cutting cultures, where even if the mother is presented with contrary information that disputes the benefits and highlights the complications of circumcision, still has the baby cut anyway.
