If a parent agrees to circumcise the child, he or she must be present through the whole process. It should be mandatory.

My intact dad asked to be in the room with me. My parents were immediately horrified and my mom claims my dad had to restrain her from attacking my mutilator. They knew what they were doing, they just didn’t know how or why it is done. I don’t know how they let this happen to me.
