I think I would bring up that it His Body and should be His Right when he grows up. Since there is no medically pressing reason. It’s cosmetic. Especially when it’s a permanent alteration to your Sons body.

Argue that there hasn't been any infections or problems relating to his foreskin thus far, and there is no indication that any issues will arise in the foreseeable future. State that cutting a sensitive area and leaving it exposed to urine and feces in a diaper is far more risky
