Selling foreskins is a business, and government agencies are pro business in the US. They can't get away with saying it will prevent masturbation like they used to, no one would go for that, so they ignore what good the foreskin does and magnify the small benefits to removing it.
Only a corrupt medical establishment would inflict genital mutilation on healthy newborn babies.
