There is one argument against credobaptism (faith first baptism). And that is this: Don't be a Babdist. Nothing in Scripture mandates against infant baptism. And of course, no one’s making the argument that any sign does save in the Reformed world anyway. However, while not all the circumcised were elect, all of the “even possibly” elect were to be circumcised from Abraham to Christ.
