@Brookstone disappointed with IAH airport terminal E, specifically Katie and Alejandra. Lied about open box policy, sold item with a different ones serial # for registration and told me too bad when asked for exchange of defective item. Way to treat a loyal customer!

I hope Brookstone is addressing the staff issue of not representing a product correctly, using different serial #’s than actual product and being more helpful to customers. Katie was actually smirking while telling me sorry not sorry basically.
