My suggestion is that @TeamYouTube put their heads together to create a "rule"/function wherein videos that are "old enough" (maybe about six months to a year?), as counted from their initial upload date, are rendered immune to flagging except in extreme cases.

Just to clarify: those extreme cases would include depictions of graphic REAL-LIFE gore or violence used in an exploitative manner (i.e. not edited down for a news segment), child exploitation, or child & animal abuse. Does this sound workable and/or reasonable to y'all?
