    I want to go on the record: I have never had better customer service than what I received from the IRS of America. They have all been patient, helpful, sweet people. Be nice to people who work at institutions that do complex work. They are not out to get you.

    I still remember when I was about 11 and I gleefully informed people of a song I just heard that I thought was great. It was "Reunited" by Peaches & Herb... I was promptly mocked for liking an "old song." People don't forget when you imply their joy is lesser than yours.
