2/ In the 90s, Congress held hearings about violence in the videogame industry. Fearing government intervention, the ESRB was formed - giving consumers information about what sexual/violent content was in games. This was a best case scenario for all involved.
3/ I believe nothing will change in the tech industry without similar action from congress. I would much rather prefer for the tech industry to simply give women the fair shake we deserve. But if it won’t, you can expect to be subpoenaed by my office for subcommittee hearings
In what aspects of the industry are you not getting a “fair shake”? It would be impressive if you could have discussions with women that have a different perspective than you instead of just crying sexism and patronizing any men that disagree with you.
