    This is a good point made by and others: the strike occurred in the capital, where reporters arrived the same day with immediate access to family. So many strikes occur in remote areas, with strike details locked behind a two sentence Pentagon press release

    Good news, but hope it doesn’t mean everyone forgets about the Afghans endangered by their association with the US, whether the military or the media & ngos. There are still 100s stuck at Mazar, with no way of getting out
