    This is a good point. They've been able to move Al around as a playmaker in the short mid-range, sort of a rough equivalent of a false 9 in soccer.

    They're in a great spot with their double big lineup offensively, as they've figured out how to get Horford more involved as playmaker in the mid-post and less of a pick-and-pop spacer like he was in the first half of the season. He's looked better even though his numbers don't.

    Nikola Jokic should be the runaway MVP. This Nuggets team has very little except him (without Murray and MPJ), but they are really tough when he is on the court.

    Many took ivermectin instead of a vaccine — some left or refused to go to a hospital to take this and die at home. People lied about this for a full year. And for what? Social media followers? Substack donations? They will never face a single consequence.

    This is absolutely wrong. Evangelical politics are about cultural revanchism rather than doctrinal matters, so anti-abortion and the anti-trans stuff exists hand in hand with anti-CRT racial grievance politics. It's not "secular," it's ecumenical.

    I still think people haven't wrapped their heads around how transformative this is. The Democratic Party raises record-breaking sums, and it's overwhelming driven by small donations.

    Most people don’t realize this: over two-thirds of the DNC’s revenue comes from grassroots supporters donating via email, text, in the mail, and over the phone. Proud of this grassroots team for continuing to set records.

    1. Many journalists are asking what the Royal family has to do with colonialism. I'll just cover the basics. Elizabeth I gave her ships to English slave trading voyages by John Hawkins in the 1560s. Slave-trading didn't begin in earnest, though, till the reign of Charles II.
