Many folks have asked me about background on my term #VoiceFirst.
One reason is the brain creates all communications as a silent voice in your head, first.
This software can read that silent voice and is ready today—no implants required. Just a start:https://vimeo.com/263694383
Richard, I hear ya. Turns out no matter how you read you are still listening to the voice of the phonological loop. There is no way around it for communication.

What did Helen Keller have in her "loop?"

Richard, great question. It was words she could”hear” according to her own account.

I mean, communication, especially amongst humans contains so very much more than the language, you're also processing visual cues, smells, the floor if it's wodden and someone is stomping towards you. We get it all, in miliseconds.

I don't think so. Imagine choosing a shirt from your closet. Red red green, kinda red? mauve. purple. tope? Thinking truly is faster than speech. I could iterate through a bunch of different examples :)

Richard, indeed. The whole process of thinking to cognitive recognition to action is part of the phonological loop. The interesting part is we do not need paragraphs of words, we speak shorthand code to ourselves.
