Echo Glasses will become more popular then the Echo Dot. Amazon will own the near-field and the far-field in #VoiceFirst.

Are the masses ready for glasses? I honestly doubt it
If there's an AR layer / use case to it, they won't be able to make enough. Can't just be Alexa in your ear on top of regular glasses.
Still a no from me. The societal & social implications of wearing Internet-connected glasses in everyday situations can’t be underestimated
We need step outside our tech bubble from time2time. Avg non tech-enthusiast person not ready for this yet. But let time prove me wrong ;)
Tobias, yes! This is the ultimate arc. I see #VoiceFirst as a way to do this. We lift our heads up and experience the moment.
Exactly. Amazon did it right by introducing voice-only device 1st. But the glass is coming way too early. Maybe 5 years
Tobias, I hear ya. The market is moving very rapidly. This part just started in 2014. Amazon needs to stay in front. This is one way.
Not everything that can be built needs to be built - or will be accepted by market. Will be interesting to see what they can pull off!
Tobias, words of wisdom sir! Indeed.
