Ana,Thanks for asking! Currently the cost is added as price inflation to a majority of businesses. <1% have a consumer cost.

Ana, indeed! This is the premise in theory. In practice after years of testing in the US no system has motivated merchants correctly.

Ana, Great question! There are a number of rather large hurtles. Some states ban it & most merchants fear it. There is a lot more...
