In 1960 72% of consumer photographs were of babies and children. The average person with a camera took ~63 pictures per year and were stored in permanent photo albums. Denise, thank you! I feel the same. These photo albums have always touched me. They transcended all format changes and are still with us. It is how I came to know more about some of my grandparents. Have an amazing new year and thank you for being along on this adventure.
