Imagine: If a VC group armed me with a checkbook. I would build a mini Bell Labs + Xerox PARC combining next paradigms a decade before legacy tech companies. The newest concept of a wrist computing device that will display situational images controlled by a #VoiceFirst system. https://twitter.com/BrianRoemmele/status/1199869143593308161 …pic.twitter.com/3Ed40cJr9y

I wonder, how did @worrydream get his funded? What about Bill Gross? What about deep-pocketed orgs not in the valley who would benefit from the non-ad-model value creation you’d be empowering (CPG, tech infrastructure, universities, media)

Noah, I hear ya. We are in IBM mode of this tech epoch. Everyone thinks all of the big innovation and next shifts must come from a big company. They are of course wrong but the folks that fund this stuff deeply believe this. And thus a dam build up of innovation waits for time.

If you built that... you’d have a line of us wanting to work alongside (quantum-speak, the lab you’d build would have a heavy multi/omnipresent state) Though, VCs would be scared of this. Weird that municipalities haven’t loudly approached you given their needs 🤔

It's time perhaps to stop communication with VCs. The absence of information will lead to next steps. Now it is likely a source of entertainment.

That's similar to the design I had in mind for a bracelet that would change color depending on if someone was nearby who was a potential friend, lover potential business partner, or who had a job opening that you might want to check out and then allow the 2 of you to connect.
